Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact and information forms: your name, email, company, the goal you pick and your message, plus how you reached the site (campaign tags, ad click IDs and the referring page).
• AI diagnostic quiz: your name, email, company, WhatsApp number if you give it, your answers and your result.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone, résumé and message.
• Robly, the website chatbot: your messages and any contact details you choose to share in the conversation.
• Demos: the files, text, images, audio or web address you submit to try a demo. Some demos (object detection, emotion recognition and forecasting) run entirely in your browser and send nothing to us.
• Usage data: pages visited, device, approximate location and interactions, through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity (which can record sessions; our forms are masked in those recordings). These load only on the public site, never in the admin panel.
• Admin panel users: when you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, email address, name and profile picture, and store the role, job title and phone you add to your profile.
• Business prospecting: business information that companies publish on their own websites (company name, general mailboxes, phone numbers, address and social profiles). We do not collect personal email addresses from websites.

How we use it

• To answer your requests, send the information or report you asked for and follow up on a possible project.
• To run the demos and return their results to you.
• To verify your email address when the quiz asks for it.
• To measure and improve the site and our ads.
• To let invited users sign in to the admin panel and to sign the emails they send.
• To contact businesses about services that may interest them. Every such email includes a link to stop receiving them.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use what you submit to the demos or the chatbot to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

• OpenAI (AI models for the chatbot, demos and reports).
• Google (Cloud Run hosting for the demo APIs, Gmail for email, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google sign-in).
• Meta (Meta Pixel and ad measurement) and Microsoft (Clarity).
• Pinecone (temporary search index for the RAG and website chatbot demos) and Speechmatics (speech-to-text for the transcription demo).
• Our hosting provider, for the servers that run robles.ai.

International transfers

Several of these providers are in the United States and other countries. When your data leaves Peru, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.

How long we keep it

• Form, quiz, application and chatbot data: as long as needed to handle your request and the relationship that follows, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Demo data: only as long as the demo needs it. The website chatbot index expires after 24 hours and transcription audio is not stored.
• Clarity recordings: about 30 days.
• Admin panel accounts: while the access is active.

Your rights

Under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 29733) and other applicable privacy laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to or limit its use. You can also unsubscribe from any email using the link it contains.

Write to info@robles.ai from the email address involved. We answer within the legal deadlines. If you are in Peru and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies

The site uses its own cookies to keep your chatbot conversation and admin session, and cookies from the analytics and ad tools listed above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working without the analytics ones.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls by role, hashed passwords and keys, and providers with recognized security practices. No system is completely secure, so we review and improve these measures regularly.

Children

Robles.AI is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
